Agreement

By using Halloween Unicorn (the "service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Halloween Unicorn ("we", "us").

The service

The service turns a photo you upload into an AI-generated image in one of several Halloween unicorn presets. It also publishes guides about costumes, profile pictures and design. It is an independent fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by any film or studio.

Accounts and looks

You need an account to generate images. Each generated image costs looks as shown before you start, and looks are bought in one-time packs. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. Keep your credentials safe and give accurate information.

Your photos and who may use the tool

The tool is for adults. You confirm that you are 18 or older and that the photo is not of a child. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and do not upload screenshots, stills or artwork you do not have rights to.

Generated images

You may use the images you generate for personal use. Label published images as AI-generated. The presets describe original designs, and nothing in the service grants you rights in any third-party character, film or brand. Do not present the images as official merchandise or as endorsed by anyone. Results vary, and we cannot promise that an image will look exactly as you expect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, resell access, generate unlawful, hateful or sexual content, or use the tool to impersonate or harass another person.

Our content

The text, structure and original illustrations on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may share a link or quote a short excerpt with attribution. Do not republish whole guides.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong SAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
