Each generated portrait costs one look, whichever style you pick. The cost is shown on the Generate button before you start, and a failed generation does not use a look.

5, 15 or 80 looks. One look is one portrait in any of the 34 designs, in portrait, square or tall framing, and every output is downloadable.

No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

No. Looks stay in your balance and can be used in any season, including next September.

The look goes straight back to your balance. If it does not reappear, email support@buddytheunicornai.org with the task ID and roughly when you submitted it and we will restore it.

Unused looks can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Looks already spent on a generation are not refundable, because the job is sent to the model provider and charged on the spot. Full rules are in the refund policy.

Buy another pack whenever you like. Buying a second pack adds to the same balance and never replaces looks you already hold.

The methods on offer depend on the payment provider shown at checkout, so check that screen before confirming. The provider processes the payment, and we never see or store your full card number.

No. The price on the card is the amount used for checkout, and the look cost of each generation is worked out from the options you pick before you submit. There are no setup fees or surcharges.

The 34 designs are spooky-season looks, so they suit any Halloween. Unused looks never expire, so you can come back to them whenever you like, whichever pack you bought.
