How to reach us
Our only support channel is email: support@buddytheunicornai.org. Write to that address for anything related to Halloween Unicorn.
A good first message names the email address your account uses and says in a few sentences what went wrong. If an image failed or looks off, add what you can of the following: which preset you chose, the task ID, roughly when you submitted it, and any error text that appeared.
Using the generator
Write in if you are unsure which photo or preset to pick, if an upload is rejected, if you cannot find a finished image in My images, or if the price on screen does not make sense to you.
Billing and refunds
When your question is about money, tell us which pack it concerns and which payment provider the checkout page named. Please never put card numbers, passwords, API keys or similar credentials in an email.
Every pack is a one-time payment and nothing renews. If you subscribed to a monthly plan before plans were retired and want it ended, say so in the subject line and name the account that holds it.

If you represent a rights holder and believe something on this site infringes your rights, write to us with the page address, a description of the material and your contact details. We will review it promptly and remove or amend anything that should not be here.
